1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ColoringLand website, AI coloring page tools, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

We provide AI-powered tools that generate coloring pages from text descriptions and convert photos into coloring line art, together with related download features. You may download your creations for printing, coloring, and other uses permitted by these Terms.

Available features, generation options, and download formats depend on the tool you use. We may update our tools, models, and features as the Services evolve.

Underlying AI Models

Depending on the tool you use and the generation model you select, the Services use OpenAI GPT Image or Google Nano Banana to process prompts and images. The model used for a particular request depends on your generation options and model availability.

3. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account information, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Automated account creation, misuse of promotional credits, and attempts to bypass account or usage limits are prohibited.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Credits and Failed Generations

Generation features use credits. The required amount is displayed before you submit a generation request and is deducted when the task is submitted.

If a task fails without providing a generated result, the deducted credits are returned to your balance automatically. This credit return is not a cash refund. If credits have not been returned, contact us with the task identifier so we can investigate.

Credit validity periods and purchase entitlements are shown on the pricing or checkout page. Free and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Subscriptions and Credit Packs

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing.

Cancellation stops future renewals and generally does not refund the current billing period. You may continue using subscription benefits until the current period ends, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout and provide accurate billing information.

Refund Requests

As a general rule, purchases of digital services are non-refundable. If you experience duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, purchased credits not being added to your account, or a sustained technical failure that prevents use of the paid service, contact contact@coloringland.net with your account email, order number, and a description of the issue.

We review requests case by case. Depending on the findings, we may correct the billing issue, provide missing credits, or approve a full or partial refund. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Dissatisfaction based solely on the style or creative quality of a completed generation generally does not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We may revoke corresponding unused credits or paid benefits when issuing a refund. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or refunds required by applicable law.

Pricing Changes

We may change prices, credit requirements, or plan offerings. Material billing changes will be communicated in advance through the website or another appropriate channel. Applicable charges and entitlements will be presented on the pricing or checkout page.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Input and Processing Permission

You retain the rights you hold in the prompts, photos, and other materials you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to process those materials as necessary to carry out generation requests and provide the Services. This permission does not authorize public promotional use of your materials without separate permission.

You must own or have permission to use uploaded photos and obtain any necessary privacy and likeness permissions. For photos of children, you must obtain any required permission from their parent or legal guardian. Converting a photo into a coloring page does not remove restrictions on the original material.

Use of Generated Coloring Pages

Free-generated coloring pages may be used for personal, household, educational, and other non-commercial purposes. They may not be sold or commercially distributed.

Coloring pages generated using paid subscription benefits or a paid credit pack may be used for commercial purposes, including coloring books, digital downloads, and physical products, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and use of those outputs do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy, likeness, or other legal rights. Permission to use an output commercially does not mean we have obtained any necessary third-party permissions for you.

Platform Intellectual Property

The software, website design, branding, and other platform materials belong to us or our licensors. Permission to use generated coloring pages does not grant rights to the platform itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use the Services lawfully. You may not upload, request, generate, or distribute:

• Illegal content or material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, likeness, or other third-party rights.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Extreme gore, animal cruelty, or content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, suicide, or self-harm.
• Hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Content used for fraud, deceptive impersonation, or other unlawful conduct.

You may not hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services, access private interfaces without authorization, bypass safety measures or rate limits, or abuse free credits and account privileges.

7. Content Restrictions and Enforcement

We may refuse to process a request, block or remove content, or restrict, suspend, or terminate access when content or activity violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or abuse risks. Where required by applicable law, we will fulfill reporting obligations and cooperate with competent authorities.

8. Reports and Appeals

To report potentially unlawful or infringing content, contact contact@coloringland.net. Include the relevant content link or task identifier, a description of the concern, and supporting information where appropriate.

If you believe a content restriction or account action was made in error, you may submit an appeal to the same address with relevant details. We will review reports and appeals according to the circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, process, and retain your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and generated content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated content will meet your requirements or expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Ending Use and Changes to These Terms

You may stop using the Services at any time. To request account deletion, contact us. Stopping use or requesting account deletion does not replace canceling an active subscription through Settings → Billing.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. We will update the revision date and communicate material changes through the website or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
